OPEN CALL FOR TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE ELABORATION OF THE INTEGRATED LOCAL ENERGY AND CLIMATE PLAN (PLIEC)
Within the project “Local Partnerships for Energy Efficiency in Social Services” funded by the European Union (EU), co-financed and implemented by Soros Foundation Moldova in partnership with I.P. Keystone Moldova and A.O. “Social Innovations Fund of Moldova”, it is planned to provide technical assistance to sub-grantee CSOs and local public authorities in the elaboration of the Integrated Local Energy and Climate Plan (PLIEC).
I.P. Keystone Moldova is launching the open tender for contracting consultancy services for 9 lots.
Natural and legal persons resident in the Republic of Moldova can participate in the tender. Natural persons may apply for only one lot. Legal entities may apply for maximum 3 lots.
The consultancy services will be provided from January 26, 2026 to March 31, 2026.
