The authors of the initiative demand to recognize the tariff chaos, to urgently hear the Minister of Energy, representatives of ANRE and Energocom.

Among other demands: to apply the adjusted tariffs retroactively, to establish a transparent mechanism of compensation for consumers, to present an anti-crisis plan for 2026, to prepare a report on blackouts, and to complete the construction of the 400 kV Vulcanesti-Chisinau line.

And also to hold accountable the officials who allowed inefficient management.

The initiative aims to protect consumers, ensure tariff stability, energy security and transparency of decision-making in the energy sector against the background of disproportionate tariffs and vulnerable infrastructure.

MPs will consider the draft vote of no confidence no later than 14 days after its submission to Parliament. The relevant decision is to be taken by the Standing Bureau, according to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament.
