
The visit took place on August 4, at the invitation of his UAE counterpart, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The visit takes place within the thirtieth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Moldova and the UAE.
The MFAEI reports that the agenda of the sides’ discussions includes the consolidation of bilateral relations, boosting trade, attracting investments, cooperation in strategic fields, as well as topics of regional and international interest.
Also, the Moldovan diplomat will meet representatives of Air Arabia, one of the biggest low-cost operators in the region. The sides will discuss the potential expansion of the air traffic between the two countries.
