The decision was approved by the Board of Directors of the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) at a public meeting on June 20.
Thus, in the second half of 2025, the formula used to calculate daily maximum commercial prices for petroleum products will include the following general markups:
– 3.53 lei/liter for gasoline,
– 3.54 lei/liter for diesel fuel.
At the same time, ANRE notes that the amount of the fixed energy efficiency contribution included in the calculation of the specific trade margin, set at 0.10 lei/liter for gasoline and 0.11 lei/liter for diesel fuel, was not subject to the semi-annual adjustment procedure.
Moreover, the Agency emphasizes that the current mechanism of fuel and lubricant pricing is closely linked to the development of international oil markets, excluding the possibility of any external interference in the price calculation process.
