The Tracom Industrial Park is one of the most important industrial hubs in Chisinau, with the potential to attract significant investments. By a governmental decision of 2011, a land plot of 32.3 hectares, located in Chisinau mun. Chisinau, which is public property of the state, was transferred to “Tracom” JSC for free use for a period of 30 years for the creation of the Industrial Park.
According to the amendments to the legislation, granting Tracom JSC the right to transfer land plots to lease/superficies will significantly simplify the procedures for obtaining permits for construction or reconstruction of private or leased real estate by residents. This will contribute to attracting new residents, as well as creating new jobs and increasing revenues to the state budget.
Tracom JSC will be able to establish the configuration and area of the land plot assigned to each resident of the industrial park, coordinate its geometric plan with graphic representation and conclude lease/superficies agreements for the said land plots. The geometric plan of the land plot reflecting the rights of the industrial park residents will be developed by certified cadastral engineers. And to be registered by the territorial cadastral body in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Real Estate Cadastre.
