“We listen to our travelers and offer them what they want: flexible itineraries, freedom to explore, small groups, safety and peace of mind, and local guides who will show you your destination in a way you wouldn’t be able to travel any other way,” the company says of itself.
G Adventures is launching new tours to Eastern Europe, an often overlooked part of the world. The first tour is to Moldova, a brand new destination for smaller adventure tour companies that is often overlooked by other operators. The second is a separate trip to Romania, visiting one of the last truly unspoiled corners of Europe. Combined, these trips can create an epic 14-day Eastern European adventure through two little-known countries, the travel offer’s advertisement said.
Yves Marceau, vice president of product at G Adventures, said, “These two truly breathtaking and beautiful corners of the world remain off the radar of travelers. At G Adventures, we are committed to ensuring that our product and travelers benefit local communities by engaging them in dialogue and our supply chain from the very beginning.
These trips are a fantastic example of the right approach to tourism: travelers can have authentic cultural experiences and connect with local communities that welcome tourists with open arms. Each itinerary is designed to introduce travelers to places that are not overcrowded, but offer so much: from incredible scenery and wildlife to food, wine, history and peacefulness.”
A seven-day tour of Moldova costs from $2049 per person, while an eight-day trip in neighboring Romania costs from $2499. G Adventures also offers a 14-day tour of Romania and Moldova starting at $4549 per person.
