The Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization announced the third beneficiary of financial support under this program. The total cost of the project is more than 72 million lei. The state’s contribution is 60%, or 43.6 million lei. Of this amount, about 11 million lei will be provided in the form of a grant, and over 32.7 million lei in the form of partial exemption from income tax.

The construction of the plant will start in June 2025 in Ratush village, Criuleni district, and will last for 13 months. It is planned to create at least 40 jobs at the new production facility. Gido Park will produce precast concrete products there for industrial, commercial construction and road infrastructure. State support for this investment is important to cover the deficit on the precast market in Moldova, where the current supply cannot meet the demand on the local market.

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization Doina Nistor said that the state has supported Gido Park’s investments with a real impact on the national economy and local communities. Such initiatives contribute to the diversification of production, reducing dependence on imports, providing added value to the output.

Gido Park has been operating in the commercial and industrial real estate construction industry since 2014. It has accumulated a solid portfolio of projects of national importance such as Linella, Paninella, Maicom, Alcores Design, Andy’s Pizza and various office buildings.

The budget for the state aid program for investments in processing industry enterprises is MDL 2 billion, of which MDL 1.5 billion is a partial income tax exemption and MDL 0.5 billion is a grant. The state aid provided for each investment project consists of a grant (25%) and partial exemption from income tax (75%).
