Hotel Zarya
The object is considered as a single property complex. Its authorized capital is 4,105,967 lei, and the founder is the State Property Agency.
The complex includes a 12-storey building; the construction area is 1135,3 square meters, the total area of the building is 6123,7 square meters. The land plot of the enterprise occupies 0.4 hectares – it is included in the list of state property and has its own cadastral number. There are basement premises of 383.1 sq. m. with civil protection facility.
The territory also contains a third-party structure – a transformer, which is planned to be allocated separately. For this purpose, the process of delimitation of the land plot of 0.282 hectares has been initiated to exclude this construction.
In the course of the valuation, specialists will analyze the financial performance of the enterprise, including historical data, profitability and cash flows, capital structure, status of assets and liabilities, growth potential, market and competitive environment, as well as compliance with applicable laws. The valuation will cover all assets of the enterprise, including registered trademarks.

SE Hotel Zarya was founded in 1992 and specializes in hotel services, short-term accommodation, conference organization, retail sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, and tourism activities.
“Zarya” is one of the landmark objects of Chisinau. The results of the evaluation will be the basis for the preparation for possible privatization. Earlier, the management of the State Property Agency reported that many potential investors are interested in “Zarya”, as the object is considered attractive for real estate investments.
