The draft is proposed for the next public consultation, which will end on April 15, 2026. The proposed changes are aimed at optimizing the permitting processes.
As Logos Press previously reported, the patent form will lose its status as an authorization form and a strictly accountable document. It will no longer have the previously used 10 degrees of protection.
The new entrepreneurial patent form will contain information necessary to identify its owner. It will contain personal data, type of activity, period and place of its realization, used vehicle and the office of the State Tax Service, which issued the document. It will also contain a QR code, which, when scanned, will display all the information on the patent and its status – valid, suspended, expired or extended.
It should be reminded that all authorization documents, which, in accordance with the legislative changes made last year, were transformed into notifications, are valid until the expiration of their term.
