
The agency celebrated the 35th anniversary of the service and summarized 2025.
The best employers in various categories included companies that hired the largest number of employees, implemented measures to promote employment, provided vocational training, used subsidy mechanisms, and adapted workplaces, including for persons with disabilities.

Labor Minister Natalia Plugaru recalled that Moldova managed to employ 20 thousand people in 2025.
“For the next four years, we aim to reach 100 thousand employed people, which means about 25 thousand people per year,” the minister said.
For his part, the head of the State Chancellery, Alexei Buzu, emphasized that the indicator of 100 thousand employed people is a minimum target.
“I expect and sincerely hope that we will break the record this year as well, because the best form of social protection is a well-paid job,” Buzu said.
