
In addition, they want to abolish the license for the activity of a customs broker and transform it into a CU notification. The same is true for the import permit for diesel fuel and the sanitary conclusion for products that have an impact on public health. The official notification as an alternative to the authorization act will be properly executed, without the authorization elements in it.
These provisions are included in a draft prepared by the Ministry of Economy with the support of the World Bank. It proposes to continue the process of streamlining the enabling acts. At the same time, it is planned to periodically regulate the process of their revision.
As the authors of the document explain, such adjustment will reduce the administrative burden on entrepreneurs. Some permits will be excluded or replaced by a simplified document. In particular, the bill provides for amendments to 50 legislative acts and 105 acts concerning authorization documents. Of these, 50 are proposed to be replaced by non-permissive procedures or abolished, and 55 are proposed to be revised or improved.
