According to the Investment Agency, Heisterkamp made this decision within the Economic Forum “Benelux – Moldova-2025”.

The company’s business model combines road transport services, leasing, vehicle maintenance and repair, and advanced digital solutions to optimize logistics operations. Heisterkamp’s portfolio serves customers in dynamic industries such as automotive, retail and FMCG.
The project involves the Moldovan Technology Park, the first e-Park in Europe, which offers companies a tax regime of 7% of turnover, state guarantees until 2035. As well as innovative tools such as IT Visa for foreign specialists and the principle of “Virtuality”, which allows working from anywhere in the world.
Heisterkamp’s expansion comes at a time when Moldova is positioning itself as a regional center of services and technological solutions in the field of BPO (business process outsourcing).
Over the last 15 years, the BPO sector has grown by more than 330%, becoming one of the pillars of service exports. According to the National Bank of Moldova, the value of BPO services exports increased from $62.1 million in 2010 to $268.4 million in 2024, which is a new record. In 2024 alone, the growth amounted to 13% year-on-year.
