Summer theater in Vadul lui Wode
In Trusheni, preparations for the construction of a new multifunctional sports center are underway at the sports ground behind the Gheorghe Madan gymnasium. There will be mini-football, basketball, volleyball and handball courts, running tracks, a wrestling zone, alleys, recreation areas and green areas.
This is the first project of this kind for the suburb, and it is being realized with funds from the Chisinau and Truseni mayoralties. The estimated cost is about 10 million lei.
In Vadul-lui-Voda, the works on the construction project of the Summer Theater in the park “Nistrean” continue. The complex for recreation and entertainment consists of an open stage, an area and seats for spectators. The Summer Theater is located in the coastal zone, near the promenade, which was modernized a year ago with funds from the Chisinau City Hall. The stage has already been built, the area has been paved and benches have been installed. What remains to be done is to carry out landscaping and gardening works, so that cultural events can be organized at the beginning of the summer season.
In recent years, the Dniester coast in Vadul-lui-Voda has undergone significant changes in order to attract as many visitors as possible. A project to modernize the embankment was implemented, pedestrian paths were built, and several sports areas and playgrounds for children were created. More than 5 km of sidewalks have been built in the park to make it easier to walk outdoors.
The Chisinau Mayor’s Office acted as an investment partner in the project of capital reconstruction of the administrative and cultural center in Grătiesti commune, allocating 1.4 million lei out of almost 6.3 million of the total cost of the project. The building houses the village library and a hall for public events of the residents of Grătiesti and Hulboaca village. Hulboaca.
