
The progress of the project implementation was inspected during the working visit of the members of the South Regional Development Council, as well as mayors of the localities of the region, in the context of exchange of experience in the implementation of regional development projects.
According to the project, the works include the construction of a production workshop, its connection to all necessary communications (water, sewerage, gas, electricity), as well as the development of the adjacent land plot.
To date, work has been completed on the assembly of the metal building, installation of the roof and sandwich panel walls, installation of PVC windows, as well as construction of utilities (gas, water, sewerage), internal underground networks, concreting of floors and construction of a site in the yard of the pavilion.
The project is 90% financed by the National Regional and Local Development Fund (NRLDF) and 10.03% by the Chimishli District Council. The total value of the investment, according to the construction and maintenance contracts, is MDL 15.37 million. According to the annual financing plan, 12.54 million lei is allocated from the NFRMD for the current year.
The production workshop will be managed by the Cimislia business incubator, which will provide functional premises for residents and logistical support for new economic initiatives. This will allow creating modern conditions for the development of small businesses, which will contribute to the consolidation of the entrepreneurial environment in the region.
