The corresponding decision of the STS was published today, October 16 in Monitorul Oficial. The document states that the decision to freeze the funds is based on the results of the investigation. It confirmed: the transaction on alienation of the authorized capital of the company AC Full-Service is an attempt to replace the founder Ruslan Alassa, a person related to the subject of restrictions – Vladimir Andronaki, with a person not related to him – Vyacheslav Nyagu, but being in a relationship related to the interests of the subject of restrictions Vladimir Andronaki.
Such actions are regarded as an attempt to circumvent international restrictive measures. Thus, the STS blocked the share (50%) owned by Ruslan Alass in the authorized capital of AC Full-Service.
