It is about the purchase of four modular structures within the open tender procedure. The total approximate value of the purchase is 1.5 million lei, excluding VAT.
According to the technical specifications, the houses will be fully equipped residential modules with insulation, panoramic windows, water supply and sewerage system, electricity and internal lighting. Inside there is a bathroom, kitchen, furniture, household appliances, as well as air conditioning and underfloor heating.
The structures will be installed on concrete supports at a height of about 1.5 meters and equipped with terraces with stairs. The area of the modules will range from 13 to 25 square meters, depending on the type.
The purpose of use of the facilities is not directly specified in the documentation, but it is noted that the project is realized in Vadul lui Voda. Interested economic agents can apply for the tender between April 21 and May 1, 2026.
