As specified Acting Minister of Labor and Social Protection Alexei Buzu, citizens who do not have digital skills, as in previous years, can apply for help to social workers or in the mayor’s office.
“We will start the process on November 3, it will last the whole month. You don’t want to create excessive traffic on the government portal from the first days. We have enough time. We managed successfully in the past winters, so we will manage it now too,” said Alexey Buzu.
He emphasized that all citizens need to re-register on the site, even if they received compensation last season, because the data in the system are periodically updated. At the same time, the registration process has been simplified.
“We have calculated that for an average family it will take no more than 5-6 minutes,” Buzu noted.
As previously reported by Logos Press, compensation for heating will be provided in the form of a cash payment, and for electricity – will still be displayed in the bills.
