The industrial park will be located on a 15.35-hectare plot outside the settlement and will be developed by the local company Ionaș Estate. Total private investments will amount to about 400 million lei. This project includes modern infrastructure, industrial workshops, a photovoltaic park for clean energy and premises dedicated to research and professional training. It is expected that the annual turnover of the park’s residents will exceed 300 million lei, and the state budget will receive about 20 million lei per year in taxes, duties and social contributions.
“The government is not investing state budget funds in this park, but attracting private capital to reduce the current investment imbalance. Today, more than 94% of investments in industrial parks are concentrated in Chisinau and Balti. This is an important step towards diversifying the economy and creating new jobs,” the minister emphasized.
