Until then, the ODA recommends that entrepreneurs keep an eye on the institution’s official announcements and “use the current period to prepare investment projects and prioritize business development.”
After the budget is approved, ODA will resume accepting applications for financial support programs, among which are: support for digital innovation and technology startups, women’s entrepreneurship, small producers, development of SMEs in the tourism sector, the CREȘTEM IMM non-refundable financial support instrument, a program to increase the competitiveness of local producers and their integration into value chains, etc.
In 2025, 810 entrepreneurial projects were approved through the non-refundable financial support instruments offered by ODA. The total amount of grants awarded amounted to 346.4 million lei, which allowed attracting investments worth 653.3 million lei from the state budget and development partners.
