Trump Media also plans to provide various rewards to registered shareholders periodically throughout the year. They may include benefits or discounts related to Trump Media products, or the opportunity to get to exclusive events.
Additional details about the cryptocurrency issuance, distribution and token transfer process are promised to be announced later.
“The digital tokens issued to Trump Media shareholders will not themselves represent an equity interest in Trump Media or any other organization, and token holders should not expect to receive remuneration that includes profits from the principal management efforts of others,” TMTG explained.
