A power of attorney requires only an ID document and a power of attorney code, which can be created through the application. In the Powers of Attorney module, you can execute any power of attorney documents using templates; see details about these documents; track, revoke, upload powers of attorney; and verify them by identification code.
The EVO app was launched on June 6, 2024, offers access to digital documents, information about citizens and businesses, the ability to make payments for various services, and now the ability to execute power of attorney documents.
Digitalization of public services and simplification of access to them are envisaged in the Digital Transformation Strategy of Moldova for 2023-2030. The implementation of the new module was supported by the Future Technologies Project “Innovate Moldova”.
