The country’s stand will feature 26 Moldovan wineries, which, according to a press release from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, “will demonstrate to visitors the diversity of terroirs, the quality of wines and the specificity of varieties grown in the Republic of Moldova. Participation in this event reflects the continuous efforts to promote Moldovan wines on foreign markets and to strengthen the image of the country as a genuine and competitive center of winemaking”.
The exhibition program also includes a master class dedicated to local varieties, entitled “Surprisingly excellent autochthonous grape varieties”, which will be conducted by expert Thomas Brandl. This event will take place tomorrow, February 11.
