In the MAN category, the first place was taken by Iurie Hudenco, the second – by Alexandru Medvedev, the third – by Roman Gonca. In total, five representatives of Moldova participated in the competition. Denis Munteanu and Ivan Prosvirkin were represented in the same category, they took 4th and 5th places respectively.
The European Sailing Cup stage in Primorsko gathered 45 participants from Bulgaria, Norway, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Armenia. Athletes from Kuwait participated in the competition as an invited party.
During three days in the Black Sea there were competitions in the Olympic classes ILCA 6 and ILCA 7, as well as in the youth class ILCA 4. The tournament is included in the calendar of the International Sailing Federation (ISAF / World Sailing) and the European Laser Class Association (EurILCA).
