He noted that from this date, issues related to natural gas supply, consumption accounting, contractual relations, etc. that arise among consumers will be resolved in the similar Customer Relations Center of Energocom JSC.
It should be reminded that as of September 1, 2025, the obligation of public service obligation to supply natural gas to end consumers at regulated tariffs was transferred from Moldovagaz to Energocom by the decision of the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE). Accordingly, the state-owned enterprise will also be in charge of dealing with consumers on all issues related to natural gas supply.
