The Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA) announced the launch of a call for proposals, targeting local authorities and institutions willing to create industrial parks on state-owned land. The program is financially supported by the EU Development Plan for Moldova.
The program will assist both new industrial parks and existing ones in need of infrastructure modernization or expansion. Applicants are invited to submit a concept within 30 calendar days, which will be evaluated by the Program Steering Committee.
It should be noted that the Cabinet of Ministers approved the State Program for the creation and development of industrial parks in August 2025 to give an impetus to development in the regions and reduce territorial inequality. Its implementation period is 40 months with the possibility of expansion. Lei 250 million is envisaged for the implementation of the program, of which Lei 50 million was allocated for 2025.
The state support for the development of industrial parks is directed primarily at investments in infrastructure and logistics facilities, without providing direct tax benefits.
The criteria for selecting sites for industrial parks imply that the territory for their creation should have an area of at least 5 hectares, be in public ownership, have no legal restrictions and be connected to engineering networks.
The Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA), is empowered to advise local authorities, coordinate the submission of applications, project evaluation and construction monitoring.
