
This is evidenced by the data of the Association of Ukrainian Milk Producers. At the same time, it is noted that Moldova was the leader in terms of supplies of several types of products during this period. It accounted for 91% of exports of milk and non-condensed cream, 84% of fermented milk products, 30% of butter and 34% of cheese. In terms of shipments of condensed milk and cream (18%), whey (35%) and ice cream (29%), Germany is the leader.
Overall, Moldova purchased 22.4% of all exported Ukrainian “dairy products”. Poland is in second place (15.1%), followed by Germany (10.3%). Kazakhstan (6%) and Bulgaria (5.7%) are next.
Israel, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan, Romania and the Netherlands are also among the top ten buyers (descending).
