The studyin.md page is an information resource designed for young people from other countries interested in higher education in the Republic of Moldova, the Ministry of Education and Research said in a news release.
The platform contains information on bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in English, which are currently offered by five public universities in the country. The educational offer is planned to be supplemented with other study programs.
Also on this platform one can find information about admission to the programs, living conditions offered by educational institutions for foreign students, the procedure of obtaining a visa for those who need it, as well as other useful information. At the same time, materials dedicated to the geography, history and culture of our country are available on the platform, and other useful information will be added in the future.
According to the latest official data, there are about 6500 foreign students from 50 countries studying in the Republic of Moldova. Of these, 4,830 are enrolled in bachelor’s and integrated programs, and almost 1,600 in master’s programs.
