Moldova and Romania launched a joint tourism project

The Solidaritate și Speranță Foundation, created under the patronage of the Archdiocese of Iasi and funded by the EU, announced the launch of the project "Culturise - culture and sustainable tourism for social inclusion and innovation in Moldova and Romania," Logos Press reported.

Moldova and Romania launched a joint tourism project

The €329.7k project will run for 14 months and started in March 2025.

It aims to promote cultural heritage and sustainable tourism in the border zone, which includes the counties of Iasi, Botosani, Vaslui, as well as the regions of Chisinau, Orhei, Soroca and Ungheni.

The expected results include the creation of a cultural map with 40 tourist attractions, the implementation of online and offline promotional campaigns, as well as the organization of two cultural exchanges and a festival with 180 participants.
