According to ANRE, these guarantees apply to electricity generated from renewable sources by eligible small producers and producers benefiting from the support program between January 1 and June 30, 2025.
Guarantees of origin are electronic documents that certify to end consumers that the electricity supplied to them is derived from renewable sources.
Energocom SA is obliged to complete the bidding process by December 1, 2025 and inform ANRE of the results. If not all guarantees are realized during the competitive bidding, they may be sold directly to suppliers or end-users, subject to the minimum price set at the auction.
