According to them, since March 12, 2025, the plant has been managed by persons whose powers have not been confirmed by any of the state authorities. At the same time, the new management disposes of all the property of the strategic enterprise – assets worth 400 million lei, including equipment and a land plot of almost 4 hectares in the central part of Chisinau.
This week, on May 12, Inna Linnic received an extract from the State Services Agency, which states that she is the sole legal administrator of Topaz and is financially responsible for all the company’s assets. At the same time, a reply was received from the State Services Agency, which informed about the refusal to register documents for the so-called new management.
In this situation, the staff fears for the safety of the property and does not understand how it was possible for other persons to act on behalf of the company – to apply to state authorities and banks, to issue powers of attorney, to initiate legal proceedings without a corresponding entry in the State Register of Legal Entities of RM?
Materially responsible employees cannot get to the plant to fulfill their obligations and pay debts on taxes and utility bills. They note that they were constantly threatened by courts, physical violence, and Inna Linnik is still being threatened.
People appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office, but have not received a response. In this regard, they ask the authorities to resolve the situation and help restore justice.
