According to the company’s statement, this year in particular, Premier Energy is joining a nationwide campaign to rationalize and improve energy efficiency by launching a number of initiatives aimed at supporting residential customers in responsible energy management during the cold season.
Starting in October, on every bill issued by Premier Energy, residential customers can find personalized information at the bottom of each bill: the consumption paid in the current month (e.g. October 2025) compared to the same month last year and compared to the average calibrated value for the category of consumption (urban/rural); reference data on the consumption recorded in the month following the reference month of the previous year (e.g. November 2024) and the average reference value for the same category to which the consumption belongs; and the average calibrated value for the same category (urban/rural).
The information is highlighted in a separate block, the wording is clear and understandable in order to provide consumers with an overview of consumption dynamics over the last year, which will allow them to independently identify opportunities for its optimization.
In addition to these data, the bill also includes some basic recommendations for energy savings. In parallel, consumers who have significantly increased their consumption compared to the same period last year will receive e-mail newsletters with relevant information, supplemented with personalized recommendations for rational use of electricity and recommendations for energy efficiency in households.
The aim of these measures is to raise consumer awareness and encourage proactive and responsible attitudes towards the importance of energy efficiency by providing them with documented information and practical recommendations on rationalizing energy consumption, which can contribute to financial savings, reducing energy imports and reducing environmental impact.
