The conditions for the application of the new procedure are contained in an order of the Customs Service approved by the agency.

In addition, they must be in full compliance with tax and customs legislation and have an effective accounting and internal control system in place.
Authorized Economic Operators (AEOs) additionally benefit from an accelerated and simplified authorization procedure.
The order specifies the list of documents required to obtain authorization to simplify the procedure for determining the customs value of goods (official application, registration documents, justification for the application of the procedure, AEO authorization (if available).
