
The new institutional instruments emphasize the implementation of concrete measures with clearly defined deadlines and responsibilities, focused on measurable results and real impact on the agency’s activities. In this way, a continuous process of integrity enhancement is strengthened, supported by functional mechanisms for monitoring, evaluation and intervention.
The Anti-Corruption Policy reaffirms the commitment to the principle of zero tolerance for any deviation from integrity standards and promotes transparent, predictable and documented processes aimed at reducing corruption risks in all areas of activity, the drafters of the document state.
At the same time, the Action Plan aims to modernize and digitalize processes, reduce the human factor in decision-making and strengthen reporting mechanisms, as well as to consistently apply accountability measures.
In the process of preparing the documents, international experience was used, including the experience of Rosario de Blasio, the High Advisor of the European Union in the field of tax and customs policy, which made it possible to bring them in line with European standards and best practices.
