Well-known in business and economic circles, Corneliu Dodu, after graduating from university in Kiev, created the first brokerage service in Ukraine. In the 90s, he participated in the creation of the Moldovan stock market, as well as in the business and economic life of the country. In 1997-2022 he was the President of the Stock Exchange of Moldova.
He managed the medical center OpClinic, and was also the owner and co-owner of the companies Ediții Periodice, Iuventus DS, Med-Imobil, AIA Travel and others. He founded the Maestro FM radio station and was co-owner and manager of the Maestro restaurant.
At the end of the 90’s Corneliu Dodu published the first economic magazine of Moldova “Finance and Markets”. In 2000, together with his partner Alexandru Burdeinii, he founded the InfoMarket.md Business News Agency.
