This is prescribed by Government Resolution No. 677 of October 8, 2025, “On the consolidation of access to electronic public services within the EVO Unified State Portal used for the provision of electronic public services and approval of the necessary measures for the implementation of the Unified Design Model.”

In addition, an integrated government e-services application EVO, as well as e-services developed and provided through a specialized platform, other resources and information systems related to the provision of electronic public services will be a component part of the Unified Government Portal.
Thus, through the EVO Unified State Portal, individuals and legal entities will have simplified access to state information resources and systems through which electronic public services are provided. This includes electronic identification, electronic payments, official notifications, electronic authentication, application and authentication of electronic signature. As well as reliable information on public services; official information of public interest and documented data on natural and legal persons.
The unification of all electronic public services through the EVO Integrated Government Portal will benefit both citizens and the business environment, primarily by simplifying interaction with the administration – quick access to all public services from a single point. At the same time, the authorities expect to increase trust in the digital government system, as well as to reduce the number of errors and interaction time.
