
Chisinau to discuss the work of the Black Sea corridor to Ukrainian ports
According to the Moldovan Foreign Ministry, the event is held under the auspices of the International Crimean Platform.
The participants plan to discuss the latest security developments in the region, the elimination of risks to maritime security and freedom of navigation in the Black Sea, the search for practical solutions and the strengthening of cooperation between the states of the region.
Participants will also discuss the strategic importance of Black Sea security as the basis of the European maritime strategy and an important element of the pan-European security architecture.
Special attention will be paid to the exchange of experience, including Ukraine’s experience in using modern technological solutions and advanced devices in the conditions of modern warfare.
The conference will be held on 23 March and will bring together representatives of the participating States of the International Crimean Platform, ministers of foreign affairs and defense, as well as representatives of the European Union and NATO, international and regional organizations, business, civil society and academia.
The event is jointly organized by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defence of Moldova and Ukraine, with the support of the European Commission.
