The enterprise is controlled by the Russian company Trade House Valday, which owned 66.46% of its shares, and another large stake is held by Legenda Invest – 12.67%.

In September 2019, official information emerged that the 66.46% stake in Bucuria was sold for 24.47 million lei (about 1.3 million euros at the time).
