It is worth mentioning that before his appointment as Finance Minister on November 1, 2025, Andrian Gavrilita worked as a consultant on private sector development under the government in the framework of the GOPA PACE project (an international consulting structure engaged for the implementation of projects in the field of economy and public administration).
At the same time, his official salary for two months in this position amounted to 101.6 thousand lei.
In addition, the declaration shows: income from renting out real estate – 33.5 thousand euros, social payments and allowances – 186 thousand lei, income from the redemption of state securities – 10 thousand lei.
The property part of the declaration includes two apartments owned by the family, as well as a 156-square-meter residential building worth 1.7 million lei, provided for free use. The cadastral number of the object is in the process of being assigned.
The vehicles listed are Volvo XC40 (2023 year of manufacture) and BMW i3 (2015 year of manufacture).
It should be noted that for most of his professional career Andrian Gavrilica worked in the field of international and state consulting, participating in projects to reform public policy and improve the business environment. The Minister of Finance graduated from the Academy of Economic Knowledge of Moldova (ASEM). Later, he received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin.
