Information system “19” will be the main tool for objective real estate valuation based on real data on transactions and rentals in the market.
The cost of the project is 3.3 million lei, excluding VAT. It includes the creation of the system, as well as two years of technical support and warranty service.
At the same time, a tender was announced for the development of the subsystem “Graphical database” within the “Cadastre of immovable property” system. The project’s budget is 4.16 million lei, the works are to be completed by the end of 2026, with a 12-month guarantee.
As previously wrote Logos Press, the launch of the Register of Real Estate Prices will allow citizens to check the real value in the districts of Chisinau and the whole country, as well as will increase the transparency of agencies’ commissions.
According to the chairman of the Parliamentary Commission on Economy, Budget and Finance, Radu Marian, although there are aggregators of advertisements, the data are not always complete or correspond to reality: one price is indicated, while on the phone they call a different price.
The state register will make the market more transparent and reduce the risk of overpricing and hidden conditions. The data in the system will be anonymized in order to protect client data.
