“Some people just need someone to take the first step: to guide, to help, to show that it’s possible. For me, ESG means just that – creating that space, expressing my voice, and building systems where more people are seen, supported, and empowered to lead,” commented Ana-Maria Rylian on her inclusion in the ranking.
Women of the Future is an international leadership initiative launched in the United Kingdom to inspire, connect and support young women with leadership potential in a variety of fields including business, education, science, technology, media, public sector and non-governmental organizations.
