
She presents a world of “Glissandis” in which objects take on unexpected meanings and ordinary gestures are reinterpreted in an ironic and provocative way. Each photograph becomes a stage on which norms are overturned and the viewer is invited to reflect on social and cultural conventions.
Mihai debuted in 1988 with satirical graphic works in Urzica magazine and has participated in over 500 exhibitions and competitions in over 50 countries. As a photographer he has presented his works in 150 national and international exhibitions and competitions. He has won more than 140 international awards (30 gold medals) at photo salons and more than 70 awards (45 international) at satirical/humorous graphic art salons.
