
A Moldovan government delegation headed by Prime Minister Dorin Recean traveled to Brussels to participate in the meeting and hold meetings with the EU leadership.
The meeting will analyze Moldova’s progress on the EU accession path and the achievements recorded since the last meeting of the Association Council. Economic cooperation will also be analyzed, with a priority in the energy sector.
On 3-4 June, Prime Minister Dorin Recean will meet several European commissioners and will participate in a public event on the importance of the Growth Plan for Moldova in order to boost the economy and promote the European integration process.
The Moldovan delegation includes Deputy Prime Ministers for European Integration Cristina Gerasimova and for Reintegration Oleg Serebryan, Deputy Prime Minister, Economic Development and Digitalization Minister Doina Nistor, Deputy Prime Minister, Infrastructure and Regional Development Minister Vladimir Bolia, Justice Minister Veronica Mihailov-Moraru, Energy Minister Dorin Giungietu and Environment Minister Sergiu Lazarencu.
