The “star” of the auction was a garage with an area of 21.6 m², located in Rezina. With a cadastral value of 44 thousand lei, it was auctioned for 50 thousand lei and sold for 210 thousand lei – five times the starting price.
The other three lots were also sold at a profit.
Non-residential premises with an area of 721,5 m², in Chisinau mun. Chisinau, 19, Uzinelor street, estimated by the cadastral authority at 7.081 million lei, which was going to be sold for 9.5 million lei, was sold for 10.925 million lei.
Two buildings in Drochia with the area of 128 and 119 m², located on land plots of 0.186 and 0.196 ha, managed to sell for 2.106 million lei, while the starting price was 1.620 million lei.
And a 1/5 share of a 46.8 m² dwelling in Chisinau municipality, on Grenoble street, was sold for 312.5 thousand lei, while the cadastral value was 240 thousand lei.
