17,600 shares of FinComBank sold for 15 mln lei
According to the stock exchange, the deal was conducted at a price of 850 lei per share, and the total value of the transaction reached 14,960,000 lei, equivalent to about $863,113. The sold stake represents 1.33% of the total number of shares issued by the bank.
The public information does not yet specify the seller and the buyer of the shares, but the available data show that CONTINENT SRL has increased its stake in the bank’s capital over the last year.
According to the data published on the bank’s website, the qualified stakes in the institution’s share capital belong to seven persons. The largest stakes belong to Nicolae Dorin (20.63%), followed by CONTINENT SRL (effective beneficiary Victor Shumilo) with 10.35%, Victor Hvorostovski – 9.66% and AGRO-NOVA PRIM SRL (effective beneficiary Petru Bikir) – 9.10%.
Earlier it was reported about the sale of a block of 2050 shares of FinComBank JSC at the price of 620 lei per share, with its nominal value of 100 lei.
