According to the terms of the tender, recreation of children will be organized from June 1 to August 30, 2026. One shift is designed for 10 days (9 nights), with up to 7 shifts during the season.
The documentation also sets requirements to the cost: the price of one voucher should not exceed the marginal tariff established by the state for a day of a child’s stay in the camp.
Operators who will ensure compliance with sanitary, medical and organizational standards are allowed to participate in the tender. In particular, meals must be organized at least four times a day, in accordance with the current norms approved by the relevant ministries.
Special attention is paid to living conditions. Rooms may accommodate no more than eight children, with at least 3.5 m² of space per child. The use of bunk beds is prohibited. Showers must be separate for boys and girls, and the territory of the camp must be fully fenced and meet safety requirements.
There are also mandatory recreational requirements: children must be engaged in at least four sporting, educational or recreational activities each day.
