In Chisinau municipality, investment projects worth a total of 4.5 billion lei are in the implementation stage, including within the support of various EU financial instruments, Logos Press reported.

At a meeting on 5 November, the government approved a decision on the transfer of a land plot with administrative buildings from the management of the State Chancellery to the management and use of the Labor and Social Protection Ministry. The property is located in Chisinau at 10 Butucului Street.

On the other hand, mortgage loans issued by banks have reached a historical maximum, becoming the main financial instrument for the purchase of housing.
