PROCUREMENT NOTICE
for a National Competitive Bidding, (MDA/T/GD/NCB-4)
The Republic of Moldova has received financing from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria toward the cost of the Strengthening Tuberculosis control and reducing AIDS related mortality in the Republic of Moldova, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of a Digital radiographic system (with vertical bucky stand).
IP “UCIMP DS” now invites bids from eligible bidders for supply and installation of Digital radiographic system (with vertical bucky stand), as follows:
- LOT 1. Digital radiographic system (with vertical bucky stand) – 1 unit.
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers, and is open to all bidders from the Republic of Moldova, as defined in the guidelines.

Submission: Bids, including required documentation listed in NCB, shall be be submitted in electronic format on https://e-licitatie.md/ or https://mtender.gov.md/tenders within the period established by SIA State Register of electronic procurement systems.
Deadline: The deadline for submitting bids is May 22, 2026, 13.00, local Chisinau time, and may be automatically extended.
Late bids will be rejected by SIA State Register of Public Procurement program.
Bids will be opened at the deadline established by SIA State Register of Public Procurement program.
