The Government of the Republic of Moldova has received financing from the World Bank for the cost of the “Improving the Quality of Education” Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the disbursements under the contract for the Purchase of Equipment for School Laboratories and Inclusion Resource Centers, which have been divided into 2 lots as follows:
Lot 1: Digital equipment for school laboratories
Lot 2: Materials and equipment for inclusion resource centers
The Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova is currently soliciting sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of equipment for school laboratories and inclusion resource centers.
The procurement will be conducted through the request for proposal (RFQ) procedure using the national market approach as specified in the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for Borrowers Financing Investment Projects – Procurement of Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services”, dated November 2020 and with the latest Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (hereinafter referred to as the “Anti-Corruption Guidelines”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the said Procurement Regulations.

The electronic document will be sent by email.
Tenders must be submitted to the address: Republic of Moldova, mun. Chisinau, bd. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt 180, 13th floor, office 1305, until October 6, 2025 before 11:00.
Electronic bidding will not apply. Late bids submitted after the deadline indicated above will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in public in the presence of the designated representatives of the Bidders and any person who chooses to participate in the opening of the bids, at the address: mun. Chisinau, bd. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt 180, 13th floor, office 1305, on October 6, 2025 at 11:00.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Declaration
