The simplification of the process was developed by the e-Government Agency at the request of the Ministry of Defense as part of a program to modernize and digitalize government services.
The new service simplifies interaction with government agencies and makes the entire process of obtaining a military ID card faster and more convenient for citizens. According to the Ministry of Defense, the application can be submitted by those who have completed military service and retired from the reserve; graduates of military departments of higher education institutions; those who have acquired the citizenship of RM and are on the military register; persons who have lost their military card; those who need to restore this document.
On the website servicii.gov.md it is necessary to choose the service “Military ticket”, fill in the application form, enter your personal data and attach the necessary documents.
The advantage is that the application is submitted online, and the document can be picked up at the territorial military centers where the person is registered. But when receiving the document, it will be necessary to show the original documents and bring two photos.
