According to the results of voting by a prestigious jury within the General Assembly of Associazione Cuochi Italiani members, Alexandru Tcaciuc was recognized as the best chef of ACI Moldova – a professional association created to promote Italian gastronomic culture and develop standards of haute cuisine in the Republic of Moldova. ACI Moldova regularly organizes competitions, master classes and educational programs, supporting chefs in the pursuit of continuous professional growth.
The jury noted the exceptional quality of Alexandru Tcaciuc’s work, his commitment to excellence and constant innovation in serving dishes combining the best traditions of Italian cuisine.
“Professionalism, passion for the business and commitment to excellence – these are the qualities that define the chef’s success. Our goal is to support the development of elite culinary culture in Moldova, and Alexandru Tcaciuc is a perfect example of this path”, – said Irina Ursu, PR Manager of ACI Moldova.
The restaurant Meat & Seafood by Alexandr Tkaciuk has become one of the most popular gastronomic places in the capital in a short period of time, offering customers high-class dishes from premium meats and fresh seafood. The developed business environment of Le Roi center, where the restaurant is located, also contributes to the constant inflow of clients – both Moldovan gourmets and guests of the country.
This is not Alexandru Tkaciuc’s first award. In 2013, he became the world champion in sushi cooking technique, held in Japan.
